I'm running 1.5 on Win2k3 with PHP 4.3.4 and IIS 6. After installing I get the following error after logging in:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _load_instance() in /var/www/html/moodtrans/lib/blocklib.php on line 75

I've read that you can solve this problem by clearing the PHP cache. I'm not using an accelerator right now that I know of. Any suggests on how to do this?

Try to upgrade once again in case you grabbed your copy in the middle of some development going on. Maybe that will solve the problem.
