Minerva Action seeks to promote European co-operation in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Open and Distance Learning (ODL) in education.

The Action has three main objectives, (1) to promote understanding among teachers, learners, decision-makers and the public at large of the implications of the use of ICT in education, as well as the critical and responsible use of ICT for educational purposes; (2) to ensure that pedagogical considerations are given proper weight in the development of ICT and multimedia-based educational products and services; and (3) to promote access to improved methods and educational resources as well as to results and best practices in this field.

Lieber Herr Mosbach,

war das eine Aufforderung oder eine Information?
Ich selbst wäre sehr an einem Projekt im Uni-Bereich interessiert, das auf die Bologna-geforderte Umstellung auf Bachelor/Master-Studiengänge in Europa Bezug nimmt. Wir alle rechnen mit extremer Ressourcenknappheit und müssen versuchen, E-/Blended-L. -Elemente zu entwickeln, die
a) qualitativ ausgereift und didaktisch ernstzunehmen sind;
b) eine einfach zu handhabende Autoren-Tätigkeit ermöglichen;
c) möglichst plattformunabhängig konzipiert und damit zwischen den Universitäten austauschbar sind.  

Da in meinem eigenen Bereich (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) meines Wissens niemand mit Moodle arbeitet und die wenigen in E-Learning ausgewiesenen Institute mit ganz anderen Mitteln und technischen Möglichkeiten rechnen können, finde ich weder im In- noch im Ausland genug Partner für ein Projekt.
Ich wäre aber auch an etwas Fächerübergreifendem  interessiert, an einer Fortbildungsplattform [das haben wir schon einmal umsonst mit ICC und vier Universitäten umsonst im Rahmen von Minerva beantragt] etc. etc.

So, das wäre in erster Linie mein Interesse. Welches ist denn Ihres?
