what will be the best way to collaborate collaboration between 2 moodle sites.
moodle A installed on a hosting service with ip xxx.xx.xxx.xx - in moodle A I have math course with several activities.
moodle B installed on other hosting service with ip yy.yy.yy.yy - and here i have several activities that has to be include in the course math in moodle A.

Unfortunately I don't think MNet is going to be your answer. MNet is pretty well just used as an SSO provider, for portfolio services, and for remote user enrollment. There is no way that I know of to share resources such as you are describing.
I suppose you could have a link in Moodle A that referenced the course in Moodle B containing the activities you need. However, the course will either have to be public or users will need to be simultaneously enrolled in both courses.
