If you are asking how to display which students have been awarded a particular certificate, there is a link that appears in the upper-right corner that says View X issued certificates. That will give you al list of everyone that has been awarded a particular cartificate.
If you are looking to see sitewide what certificates have been awarded and to whom, there is an additional Admin Report plug-in/module called Certificate Site-Wide Report.
