Create sub group under group

I have crated group and working fine. under group we have two teacher and ten student, now i want to under group one teacher will check five student assignment and second teacher will watch remaing five student activity ..please any can help ...

Just make two more groups each with five students and one teacher -it should be fine.

Course (40 Assign user)

Group1 (20)
sub group1(1(teacher)+9(Student))
sub group2(1(teacher)+9(Student))
Group2 (20)
sub group1(1(teacher)+9(Student))
sub group2(1(teacher)+9(Student))

want in same way ..
