I created some face-to-face sessions last year, and it worked out great. However, I would like to add contact phone information on the confirmation e-mails so that I can have a current phone number to contact an attendee. I'm still going to have the e-mail sent out upon cancellation or other changes, but I would like the second source of contact if possible. Is it possible to add a field that would retrieve a phone number from their user profile. I noticed that my confirmation fields included firstname and lastname, which I'm guessing came from their profile, but what do I need to do to add a phone contact. I would really appreciate any help or information you could give me on this situation.
