Moodle 2.0.2+ (Build 20110427)/ Postgres
We are seeing this error within certain courses when students try to view their grades (the instructor is able to view them without issue):
We are uncertain what is triggering this (as it is not happening in all of our courses or for all of our students).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
