Hello attached is a TinyMCE plugin that integrates the 'Moodle' smiley code for 1.9.x into TinyMCE. It uses code from the HTMLarea to provide the standard moodle smileys in TinyMCE. It's a standard TinyMCE plugin so you should be able to just drop it in the Plugins directory (though depending on where you have the TinyMCE code the paths may need to be changed in emotions.php page).
