After a recent 1.9x > 2.0 upgrade, we are receiving a problem with the quiz module. When running the site on the local Windows server, when I go to preview a quiz I get this:
Loading questions failed: 28255, 28253, 28261,.....(etc)
(page that is loaded ss http://xxx.xxx.xxx/mod/quiz/attempt.php?attempt=79238)
What's also wierd is that it simply throws a 404 when you launch the quiz preview from anywhere but the server. Furthermore, this appears to only happen on some of the quizzes. Others, they are fine. I checked to make sure all the questions that were listed on the error screen actually exist in the database and that the category was valid. Doesn't appear to violate any non-null rules or anything like that, that I can tell.
Any ideas?
