in your release notes for moodle 1.9.12 (http://docs.moodle.org/en/Moodle_1.9.12_release_notes), you write that you post the security issues one week after release, which means tomorrow, as Martin announced the 1.9.12 relase last Tuesday.
Would it be possible to wait maybe 2 weeks or so? Not every admin can update his site in one week, as some institutions have polices for when to do updates. At our institutions, we for example have an IT maintenance slot every two weeks. Now, I have to do an extraordinary maintenance slot...
