Problems with MS Word documents

 Everything was working fine for several days.  Several MS word documents were uploaded without trouble, and I checked that they could be viewed from a student account.

Then, all of a sudden, all MS word documents fail to open.  It opens up the word plug-in and shows the ruler, but the text area contains:

<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='0; url=http://math.hhs.fuhsd.org/moodle/login/index.php?PHPSESSID=25e7e6b1ae9702bae7376227f87a328c'>;

What happened?  It hasn't affected Adobe acrobat files.

I tried restarting IE 6, to no avail.  Then I rebooted the computer (not the one hosting moodle), and like magic, everything is fixed.  So the problem is with Billy's Internet Explorer (suprise, suprise).  If anyone knows what is going on, I would still like to know.

If I had my way, it would all be running on a Linux box with apache instead of windoze and IIS.

This problem is with Windows 2000 and Office 2000.
I solved it with the Office 2000SR-1a update (on Microsoft site).
Try it!
