How many Moodle 1.9 lang packs are complete?

I see there is a very nice language translation tracker for Moodle 2.0
http://download.moodle.org/langpack/2.0/

Does anything similar exist for Moodle 1.9?

I found this Language_pack_untranslated_strings list but it's very old. Does anyone know if uptodate translation stats exist for 1.9?

OK, I installed all the language packs into a standard 1.9.12 and re-ran the untranslated strings stats pack by pack. Real RSI inducing stuff. Someone's probably going to tell me there's an easier way now, but what the hell!

I put it all in Excel and ran a chart on it, so updated stats and chart are now on the wiki.
