Maybe I'm going mad, but...
I've download the latest CVS version a couple of times recently and on both occasions the directory /mod/pgassignment is still there in the resulting site. This causes an error.
I think this needs removing from the CVS tree?
It's still there in CVS for historical record, although it is deleted as an active directory.
