When using moodle 1.9 participants list (http://docs.moodle.org/en/Participants), it shows all the participants of the course: students, teachers, non-editing teachers…
In our system there is a need for a distinction for users who are students and those who are a course's stuff:
- Some sort of indication for the role in the list. Now, when student looks at such list, he cannot know whether some member is another student or part of the course stuff. That might be confusing.
- There is additional info, we'd like to present for the course stuff members, like phone number, hours of reception, e.t.c.
Before making the appropriate changes on the core level, I wonder..
Is there someone familiar with those needs? What kind of solution have you used in your system?
