Responses not displaying in Lesson

I'm running 1.9.7 and have created my first lesson. I  have written questions and entered answers, both correct and incorrect and written feedback for all of them. The feedback displays for the correct answers but not for incorrect ones. Any ideas on what is causing this?

I do not know what I did, but something in the overal settings of the Lesson caused this to happen. I set everything back to the defaults and it is working correctly now.
