I have a quiz having 100 questions distributed in 100 swf files. Each swf file contains one quesiton. Every next question slide appears/loades by clicking next button. Results are shown on the result page on quiz completion. Basically i have this desktop application and now i want to make it web based i.e. users can attempt quiz online. So i want to know how can i upload these swf files on moodle as if they run as an embedded online application on moodle and can be attempted online by users? Please be kind to help me.
What program have you used to create those?
Do you need to record student answers to the questions?
I have used adobe flash cs4 to create this quiz. I want to upload these swfs as embedded in moodle so that students can take the quiz online but not to download the quiz. Yes i also need to record student answers so that teachers access students' performance.
Uploading swfs into Moodle as simple resources, is no different than uploading HTML pages.
However, in order for Moodle to record the results, your local quizzes need to be saved to allow SCORM output (as a SCORM package), and then added as a SCORM activity into Moodle (http://docs.moodle.org/en/SCORM)
I am not sure if Adobe Flash allows you to save the files in SCORM format or not. I only know that Adobe Captivate or Presenter allow one to do so.
Once your file is saved with SCORM output, then you can add it to Moolde as a SCORM activity , and this will allow you to track user attempts.
