Youtube Repository Invalid JSON String

I have moodle 2.0 installed, whenever I try to search youtube for a video using he repository built in a get an INVALID JSON STRING error, however I can search wikimedia and then shows results no problem.

 

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.

Did you find a resolution, as I am experiencing the exact same issue running ver 2.3

This could be an issue, in which case you might want to report it on http://tracker.moodle.org.

Please provide your replication steps, versions of Moodle, query used for YouTube, etc...

PS: I am not experiencing this issue on a fresh install of Moodle 2.3.1+
