Just wanted to share that I found the reason for my (and probably other people's) frustration for being unable to change the upload file size and found the answer under my nose.
the error message says "max_post_size" and trying to add this to any .htaccess or php.ini isn't working.
It was after looking at the screenshot and my phpinfo.php that I found that the wording must be "post_max_size".
Another hint with post_max_size, the number of M’s needs to be higher than the upload_max_filesize.
I believe the error message correction will save a lot of frustration to other people as well. Does that need to be reported to the tracker so some of the DEV heads changes the message?
