I hope this is a simple fix. We are running 1.9.9.
My faculty would like to see a top scroll bar in the grader report (and not have to scroll down to get to the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom).
Also, is there a way to lock the grade items (I already locked the user names).
With a large class, my faculty have to scroll down (right hand side) to see the bottom scroll bar and then, they lose the view of the the grade items.
