Suddenly Blocks No showing!! Help!!!

Hi all,

This is urgent,

I have a course going!

I have my course with many blocks.. it was working all right.. then i downloaded this: http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=1216

 

I had to install it in order to implement a technique to eliminate Scroll to Death.

I downloaded it, extracted it, and put the folder in /blocks

Logged out, and logged in (as admin) and i got this website with a table of all blocks and many other things, specifiying that FOUND that new block and i have to "upgrade" ... there was this button to make an UPGRADE.

 

I was no sure i wanted to do this, so i just logged out, erased the block folder from moodle directory, and logged in again..

 

Now NO BLOCKS.. none of them are showing.. BUT if i click on "turn editing on" block are available !!!

So Students CANT see the blocks..

Any idea ? ? ?

Hi Joel,

it´s ever better testing a new/unknown module in a local test environment before installation to a live system... do you have at least a backup of your system? What´s your Moodle version?

I understand... I did not test it on other system

I know!!!!!! sad I regret a lot!!

 

My Moodle version is: Moodle 2.0.1 (Build: 20101225)
