We are planning to create a Moodle glossary in the form of a FAQ as a way of reducing calls to our Moodle support desk (serves both staff and students).
Does anyone know of such an FAQ (in the format of a glossary) that we can import and build on?

- University of Bath Moodle FAQ containing 200+ items and available under a CC license but implemented in phpMyFAQ rather than a Moodle glossary. Available at http://moodle.bath.ac.uk/faq/
