If you want to export the quiz responses (as opposed to the total grade for the quiz) then the gradebook is the wrong place to look.
Look instead for the Responses report within the quiz. In Moodle 2.0 it is there as standard. In Moodle 1.9, you need to install the Detailed responses plugin from the Modules and plugins database.
