THIS THEME IS FOR MOODLE 1.9x

I completed this theme a month or two ago but hadnt got round to actually releasing it.

I've added an entry in the theme database its just waiting approval.

Look forward to someone converting this to a Moodle 2.0 theme : )

Thanks, I like it. How can I add more items and subitems on the menu bar? I like the top fixed bar and I want to add my standar menu with their options.
