Hello all, I am fairly new to Moodle, right now I am looking to develop a new plugin, as part of some thesis research. What I need it to do is rather strange. What I need is a timer, this timer is used to gage the amount of time the user has been on the page and offer help. I have dont something similar with just php and javascript. Just looking for a general direction I should head in. Looking more towards blocks right now, that way i could have it included on every page and let it preform its needed functions.
