I want to modify feedback creation form . I want to just add some extra field in the feedback creation form like .... feedback created for whom? "Mentee" or "Mentor" or "Peer" !!!!
How can i do that?
I am not able to find how data goes into the database fields !
and from where the function "feedback_add_instance" is called?
Please help me...its urgent
