Bad request - has this ever happened to you?

Hi

This one is driving me nuts. It's irritating, but thankfully, non-fatal.

I'm using the glossary module to create glossary entries of student icon images. Each entry has the student's name as the glossary item name. The content of the entry is the students image. Anyway, Whenever I click the Save Changes button, the system takes more than a few seconds to process (quite slow) the entrym and THEN it gives me this yucky error message:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Apache Server at default Port 80

The browser address line shows:
http://scm.moodleace.com/mod/glossary/view.php?id=2401&mode=entry&hook=259

I think some line is view.php is causing the problem.

If I click the refresh button on Firefox, the glossary shows up with my entry shown as added - as in normal. So in effect, the glossary entry is added. But there is this intervening error message that shows up EVERY TIME

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Frankie "The content of the entry is the students image."

How is that image entered in the definition field?
