My gradebook is showing student grades to date as if all items for the semester (not just items to date) have been graded. Thus, it's showing zeroes for items that will be completed in the future yet to be assigned, rather than excluding them and refecting items to date. How do I correct this?

Hi Steve,
In your GB have you checked the box that says "aggregate only non-empty grades" in the GRADE CATEGORY section of your GB entries? Hope this helps

I did as you suggested, and it worked (not to mention students no longer having sticker shock from seeing "low" grades).
