I have attempted to use the install.php file to create the config.php file, to no avail. I use the link http://www.prydeinhealthandfitness.com/moodle/admin/install.php which did not work in the Mozilla browser or IE6 at all, just an error message. I appreciate any help that anyone can provide.

Hello Jeffrey,
You might want to make sure that your web server settings are O.K. and the directory ownership is appropriate. On Linux/Unix this is usually www-data or apache.
The error from this page,
http://www.prydeinhealthandfitness.com/moodle/
Reads:
It could indicate an ownership problem.
Also, it might help us if you let us know:
The server operating system (linux/Unix/Windows, etc)
The server platform (Apache, Microsoft IIS, etc)
The php version
The MySql version
The Moodle version you are trying to install
Also the main homepage of your site seems to be having some problems as well:

Hope this helps,
Bill
