Quiz

need help. i'm from indonesia. i have some problem with quiz module. I can't add a new question and the error page says like this : Forbidden You don't have permission to access /smart/question/question.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
