I am attempting to embed HTML comments inside short answer questions, and they appear to be stripped out by Moodle at some point during processing. Does anyone know where this is happening so that I may be able to stop this from happening? The embedded comments are vital to the operation of the project on which I am working. Any help would be very much appreciated. Also, does anyone know why Moodle began stripping comments?
