Notification to student when quiz marked

I have set a notification so that when a student submits a finished quiz, I receive an email.  What can I set so that, when I have marked it, the student also receives a notification email? Most students are likely to log into the Moodle site only every couple of weeks, so need to be informed that their work has been commented on.

I am using Moodle 1.9.8

This would indeed be a really useful feature, but unfortunately, it has noe been implemented yet.

Hi all,

I'm just wondering whether there is any plan or even the notification of graded quiz has been implemented? If not yet, is requesting on the tracker would be the best option to have the wish list queued?
