Hallo Moodlers? am very new to moodle. i just want to confirm some things about moodle..
in my case i want to provide online reding materials to people through moodle but then i also want to ccharge them a small fee for that. is there a module or a ny software i can use to acieve that?

I think i didnt give the full information.
the case is i want to have my resellers that will be cybercafes. they will create account for their users so i should be able to see the accouts per reseller.. i am also thinking of an option for limiting the hours spent on the system per month i.e there are bundles which are defined per hour so if someone goes past the hours bought then there accounts get deactivated.
