I know this was traversed somewhere else, but I cannot find it.
I'm becoming a little frustrated with the blend of 1.9 and 2.0 documentation in some critical areas. I was with a new admin (who got their password for their first look at Moodle as a manager last Friday) and it was a bit slow as we navigated around the docs.
Has anyone ever suggested a setup like this:
Representing the three different levels, without server access, with server access and ONLY at course level.
Aim: to centralise some of the documentation and make it easier to focus on just the key issues to do with Moodle 2 at the manager level - ie a site admin who has no access to the server, doesn't do anything at this level.
Site admin is here, with a PS about Moodle 2.0: http://docs.moodle.org/en/Site_administration_block
Settings block is here: http://docs.moodle.org/en/Settings_block
ie just the big issues for M2 as a start. All these are still mived in even with 1.6 and 1.8 screensnaps.
I wondered about choosing one area and ctreating some stuff, and seeing what it looked like, then we can delet it if it is no good.
