After installing the quiz, and erroneously a duplicate of assignment and forum, by my asp I got the attached. I cannot navigate to my index page to make any changes there. How do I get this fixed? - Thanks Glen.
Do you literally mean that there are now two folders with assignment and forum? If so you can simply delete the offending folders (in the mod/ directory) and then go to the modules option in the administration page and remove them there too.
