Thanks Hung Phan. I'm not sure the firewall caused any problems. It did not seem to matter when we had it set up before and it was working. The problem occurred when I added modules that were incompatable with the recently updated version of Moodle. I'd prefer not to reinstall.
Does Martin have any ideas?
