Overview Quiz Results

I am using 1.9.10 version of Moodle.  In our quizzes we are asking students to report their statistical data such as ID numbers, Grade, Ethnicity, Gender, and whether or not they receive special services at the beginning of each quiz.  In the Overview Quiz Results it simply reports a "0" if the question was not answered with the correct answer and a "1" if it was.  This works for the special services type question because it is a yes or no answer but not for the rest.   Is there a way to make the first 5 or 6 questions of our Overview or Summary quiz results report the actual answers like it does in the Item Analysis report while the results of the remaining test questions continue to display the "right" (1) or "wrong"  (0) results like it does in the Overview report?  We need to combine the actual statistical data question answers  into the overview results for analysis and reporting but leave the actual overview quiz  question answer results just as they are.

If this is not possible, is it possible to build our own test results report in Moodle?   Perhaps there is a better way to do this?

Well, the Detailed responses report, which you can download from the Modules and Plugins database, will let you download the responses.

You could then combine them an analyse them in Excel.
