I'm an App developer currently working on a private project which allows Moodle users to send and receive messages from the Moodle Messaging system on their mobile phones, just like Sms text messaging but with zero message cost to the institution or the student.
I'm looking for colleges or universities, who are running Moodle 1.9 or above, who'd like to trail the system. The software requires only a simple standard Moodle plug-in which I can provide.
