I'm using RHEL 5 64bit / Oracle 11.2 / Moodle 2.0.2+ in a VM environment. This is a new install for us so don't have any 1.9 numbers.
Using JMETER using 5 users at 5 sessions each with a 60 second ramp up I'm getting an average of about 2757ms. I'm seeing much higher numbers with more users.
I'd be interested to know what OS / DB / etc Koen was using when he generated his numbers.
I'd also be interested in hearing from other sites with some statistical data on response times etc.
