On the Internet, you will find many great tutorials and documentation like the ones created by Tomaz Lazic (http://vimeo.com/channels/44004).
But before that, you should explain to them what is Moodle. For that I'm now using a French adaptation of that great presentation again from Tomaz Lazic - Moodle explained with Lego (http://www.slideshare.net/moodlefan/what-is-moodle-explained-with-lego-presentation). As many people in occident have play with LEGO, it's a great ressource... but don't know if you are from occident ;-D
I think that before going in a training, it's a good idea to explain Moodle with a good metaphor that will help your teachers to understand what they can do with it.
