A quick Q. To prevent Moodle from un-enrol teachers after the same enrolment duration as set for students (we have rolling enrolments), it appears I need to set the teacher in each course to 'unlimited' using the 'Extend enrolment (individual)' function in the 'Participants' section. Is there a way to change settings globally so all participants asigned with the 'teacher' role have unlimited enrolment duration, while students have a set duration?

Edit : to fix 'previous incorrect manual assignments' run the following SQL on you database
UPDATE `mdl_role_assignments` SET timeend =0 WHERE roleid =3
In Moodle 2.0, where the API has changed a lot, the change has to be applied in in lib/enrollib.php

Hi there
I'm having issues with "students" (aka Staff Members) being unenrolled after 120 days. I want to prevent this. Would changing the 'Extend enrolment' period stop this?
