We tried to use Google Apps for teacher-led remote teaching sessions. The plan was for students to log onto Moodle and use their SSO to access the sessions through G/Apps. Unfortunately G/Apps only supports multi-person chat, but not multi-person video. Does anyone have any experience of a good (and hopefully cheap) product we can use to accomplish our aims?

Hi Dominic,
WizIQ, OpenMeetings and Big Blue Button can all be integrated with Moodle. If you search Using Moodle you'll find discussions about them.
Personally, as a language teacher, I prefer Zorap outside Moodle.
It depends on your objectives and your institutional situation which one will be best for you. None are perfect... but a lot better than a year ago.
Cheers,
Glenys
