I apologize if this problem has been reported before or if this is the wrong forum to ask this question. Then, I kindly ask the moderators to give me a link to the answer or to move this post to the right forum.
I would like to export users from Moodle 1.9.9 to 2.0.1. When I use "Bulk user actions," I either see a web page after I have pressed "Download in text format" or some funny looking pages for the other two options. There is no popup window giving me the option to save a download.
Any help is highly appreciated.
