Hello,

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of 1.9.10+, and I would like to set EMAIL BASED SELF REGISTRATION, but I cannot seem to get that accomplished as I had in the past.  Perhaps I forgot where the settings are to get that accomplished.  This used to be routine, but somehow, this time I'm lost.  Thanks.

site admin>users>authentication>manage authentication>email based self authentication (turn on the eye) and scroll down to self registration>enable.
