I've upgraded the following and the same error is reported...
Since the last time we had this error, the following was changed/updated in Myelearning
Hardware (new)
Operating Systems updated to most current version
Moodle Application version to most current version Moodle 1.9.11+ (Build: 20110223)
Supporting server packages updated to most current version
Any further ideas?
Networking issue perhaps?
