Is it the case that comments which students provide in assessing the work of peers are not communicated to students, but comprise advisory input for the instructor? I see that comments do not flow to the gradebook, though "feedback" does, and so I suppose the source of that grading column comes from teacher review of comments and evaluations of the individual post submissions? Thanks for confirmation or clarification. Does the "feedback from instructor" get posted to the student as email? I wonder since the short field length for feedback through the grading book would have me being quite parsimonious with constructive criticism
Moodle 2.0 Comments?

This was a bad post and I wish that I could delete it. All works well. Comments that students make on one another's work do become available, but only after grading. Comments will be associated with the names and photos of reviewers unless one has altered permissions using permission settings for the particular workshop.

Steve, deleting your post would not help others to learn something new
Let me just add that Workshop 2.0 does not send any emails yet. Such feature is planned for 2.1 (to be released in June/July).
