Upgrading to 20101130 - Failed server check

Upgrading Moodle 2.0 as below:

I click continue and get this:

All the other server checks in the page are OK.

The installation was working perfectly before.  Therefore I believe unicode is OK.  Installation is on a bluehost.com server.  (All I need is a nice OOTB little install with the decaf theme)

Any comments?  I have read the material at the end of the two links, but not really helpful.

I found my problem solved with this piece of help, and aboout 2 hours of tinkering:

Upgrading Moodle when it claims it is not compliant and I think it is.

I still don't understand why RC2 worked OK and the upgrade to Stable required fancy work on the database when the docs say it was needed since 1.6.  The link above says "Moodle is telling the truth".  Very comforting I guess.

But it was clear - one query as described fixed the problem.

By the way: got the decaf theme up and running as well:
