Yes I have noticed this, and can only deduce that it's caused by the delay in the images loading for the side block headers, and then the icons for docking and show/hide. The latter being the actual cause of the title header losing its position, prior to the icons loading it is in the correct position.
I did notice yesterday evening that when Designer Mode is disabled everything works properly.
I need to look into this more as this isn't the only theme it happens on, Aarvark_Lite and Isometric too have the same problem. Might be something amiss in the CSS.
Thanks for bringing this probelm to the forum, I might get some responce as to the cause and possible fix.
