I am using Moodle 1.9.6 and Quizport, a number of students have asked me why their grade are not showing, when i have looked at their activity I can see that they have commenced the activity and it is in progress with 0%, what causes this, I have set it that they can resubmit/continue in the settings. I am not using any pre-post conditions. Help! Thanks in advance gerry

Gordon will give you a more authorative answer, but I've found that telling students to "continue to the end of each exercise until they can click on the OK button" has helped solve this problem. If students don't finish an exercise in this way, it's considered as "In progress".
