Hi everyone,

Am I right in thinking it's not possible to enable Ajax for rating glossaries in Moodle 1.9.10?

If I'm wrong, how do I enable it?

Cheers,

Glenys

Hi Glenys,

Are you sure it ever worked? There is a site-wide setting for Ajax forum rating, but I don't recall that glossary rating ever used Ajax.

Of course it would make sense for the Ajax forum rating feature to apply to all plugins which can be rated in Moodle.

Hi Joseph,

I didn't intend to imply that it had worked before, just to make it clear which version of Moodle I was using.

I've never tried rating glossaries before and was surprised not to find Ajax. I know it doesn't work in the Grade book either but there's a plugin which apparently works well. Not for glossaries though.

Does Ajax work for glossaries in Moodle 2?

Cheers,

Glenys

Hi Glenys,

In Moodle 2.0 the Ajax ratings feature works for forums, glossary & gradebook.

G'd night,
