Adding a file-file format not working

Hi

Can anyone help me. I am uploading files (2.0) onto my course one pdf went up fine, the next one after that had a "?" on it, as did my ppt "?" and my "wav" file. Do I need to change a setting?

Would appreciate some exter help, new to this.

Hi Louise

I tend to stick with normal characters (letters) in file names. Some of the other characters might be control characters and cause issues. I am "old school" though!
